Baby Blessing for Kolby Zane
Brandon and Tammy blessed their son, Kolby Zane on October 12th in their ward in West Richland, WA. This was the first Sunday in a new building for their ward that was just split a couple of weeks before so Kolby was the first baby to be blessed in their new chapel. Kolby was born on July 16th and weighed 6 lb 12oz. He is a beautiful baby (of course I am not a prejudice grandma) and so good natured. He is already sleeping through the night.

Quentin enters the world of Microsoft
On June 13th and 14th we attended Quentin's graduation at the University of Washington. He received a BS degree in Informatics and two special awards from his college. Here he is with his wife, Carrie, who is still in school and working towards a PhD in Physics. Quentin started work at Microsoft on June 16th.
Our baby has graduated from high school and Gary and I are looking at each other and saying, "What are we going to do now?" (I am sure we will figure it out.)
Here are some pictures of Keagan and the family. Keagan was Senior Class President so he announced the names of his classmates as they walked up to receive their diplomas. He will be attending BYU in the fall and then he plans to go on a mission next summer when he turns nineteen.

Vivian with her new grandbaby
Well at 3pm this afternoon Stuart and Crysal had there first baby boy. They started Crystal on inducing at 5am, but she could never get past a 4 and the baby was showing signs of trauma so the doctor decided to go ahead and do a C-section. Crystal was disappointed but a healthy baby is more important so it has worked out well. He came in weighing 8 lb 11 oz. Not the biggest but close enough. Both mom and baby are doing well. The girls were excited and kept petting his hair. Ironic that the girls came out with no hair and he comes in with hair.

Did you know Keagan is a belly dancer?
Daphne cuts her own hair
Naomi's first birthday
Mr Grandview
I never had any girls but I now have a son who is Mr. Grandview. Here he is shown after he was crowned along with his nieces and nephew.
Daphne, Brenna, Kennedi and Parker.
It was a pageant similar to a girls pageant but for guys. They were judged by four judges. We all laughed pretty hard but it was a great show and we enjoyed it. Keagan did a belly dance for his talent.

Dad's doing Better
Dad had a good day yesterday. Delila came by and gave him a hair cut and took him out to dinnner for an hour or so. That really made his day. Health wise he has been pretty stable. His thoughts and reasoning are stable and sometimes it is surprisingly good compared to what it has been. Anyway, I wanted to let you all know that he is doing fine, but could use a visit from each of you.

I'll Bet You all Missed It!
Look who turned eleventy one last Friday. I remember going on the Round up with Old Nellie and Grandpa when I was about 6 years old. The Cowboys introduced me to MJB Postum and I remember how good it tasted. To this day I have not been able to find it in the Store.
Grandpa had some struggles, but I think he was a good example to us all. There were many times he could have snitched a calf or two from his neighbors, but he never did. He was a lot of fun to be around. He loved his horses. I remember some of the many evenings spent in the shade of the houses in Stone and fun we had in the front yard with Grandpa and Grandma, Mom and Dad and all of us.......good times!

And now I am in California staying a few weeks with Heather to give her some help and reprieve while Cam is gone or 3 months and her being newly pregnant. Just thought I would give a brief update on my family. I know I am lacking in details on your family's lives so hopefully this update on my family will be of interest to some of you.
